INTRODUCTION/HISTORY:
DND International is a Nepalese owned company which has been working in Iraq since 2008.
Dev Dhamala, owner of DND, currently resides in Baghdad International Zone. The 100% Nepalese owned company combines extremely competent and capable program management with culturally indigenous and proficient/experience security providers.
DND has well trained, fully equipped, and extensively experienced security teams that offer expertise, experience, and professionalism, to ensure a safe and secure operational environment.
DND currently provides security, logistics, construction, HVAC maintenance, installations and repair and full life support at various Iraq wide locations for over 1,000 personnel.

DND operates with clearly defined operational roles and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated Understanding of Staffing. DND has a thorough understanding of all aspects of staffing and maintaining top level teams including personnel recruitment, vetting, hiring, basic training, weapons training, and mobilization. DND applies rigorous standards in both recruitment and training to ensure that it retains only the highest caliber personnel for duty in Iraq, and therefore specifically for this contract.
• Proven ability to mobilize quickly and effectively. DND has successfully mobilized several projects under significant time pressures, in as little 15 days, to full-mission capability. We have never failed to meet a mobilization date.
An excellent example of continuous improvement, DND now applies a technique of assigning a small senior level transition team to each such significant mobilization, as would be the case for this project, to manage the details of mobilization while the Project Manager and his team can focus on understanding Client's requirements and establishing practices to best meet them.
Construction
DND performed all aspects of the site construction internally and with minimal subcontractor involvement.
The construction work performed encompassed excavation, site drainage, independent sewage and water services, power generation with switch gear, billeting facilities, dining and kitchen facilities, shower and toilet facilities, MWR facilities, and more. Facilities of many sizes and styles were built on site.
DND custom built life support areas which included full custom design portable living and office trailers, full generator/power capacity, DFAC, ablution units, and MWR areas. This also includes a small life support area supporting 100-200 personnel.
DND has a full staff of engineers, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, mechanics and unskilled laborers to complete any type of construction related project.
Life Support
Our professional staff has extensive professional past performance in providing life support standup and sustainment in the most austere contingent environments.
